Studies On Synthesis Of3-substituted Benzofuran Derivatives Via Electrophilic Cyclization Under Green Conditions

This thesis mainly studied on the synthesis of3-substituted benzofuranderivatives from2-alkynylanisoles via electrophilic cyclisation under greenconditions. The contents mainly consist of the following three parts.Part Ⅰ: In this part a summary of recent progress in the study of thesynthesis of3-substituted benzofuran derivatives from2-alkynylanisoles viaelectrophilic cyclisation reaction was made.Part Ⅱ: In this part the synthesis method of3-chalcogen benzofurans vianonmetal catalysts electrophilic cyclisation under solvent-free conditions or inwater was developed.Part Ⅲ: In this part a one-pot reaction to synthesize2,3-diarylbenzofuranderivatives via electrophilic cyclization then palladium-catalyzed suzukireacton in water was developed.
