The comprehensive mechanized goaf strips filling mining is a partial filling technique. On the one hand, it is a way to solve the country’s serious problem-"three underground mining", and it can mine "three underground coal" safely and efficiently; on the other hand, it takes full advantage of coal gangue, fly ash and other materials, which pollutes the environment, and to ensure the stability of the ground structure.In this paper, the physical and mechanical parameters of seam roof and floor in test mining area are measured in the laboratory. Then on the basis of the critical layer theory, making use of rock mechanics, mechanics of materials, mining subsidence science, mining rock mass control theory and other theories, as well as the geological conditions of Caocun Mine that belongs to Feng Yu Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Huozhou Coal Group, it analysis the filling mechanism in the comprehensive mechanized goaf strips filling mining and the features of overburden mobile, then it determines the layout parameters in Caocun Mine. At last, by simulating with the FLAC3D numerical simulation software, it get the5main surface movement and deformation indicators with different strips filling mining layout parameters, including the strip surface subsidence filling mining, tilt, curvature, horizontal movement and horizontal deformation, and then it derived the affects which strips filling parameters layout can take to surface movement and deformation. At the same time, by recording the filled strips vertical stress changes it gets the result of stripe filling layout parameters on the stability of the filled strips. And it verifies the reasonableness of the parameters on Caocun Mine.The study shows that the strips filling mining, by the supporting role of the filled body for the overburden, can effectively control the breaking of the critical layer, and ultimately it control surface subsidence.It does the preliminary design of the goaf strips in the comprehensive mechanized goaf strips filling mining, and the preliminary preparations for the next step in the engineering practice, laying the foundation for further development oriented technology.
