Aluminum plays a key role in our national economy and social development. At this stage, open-stope method is used more than long wall single-layer caving method in the bauxite mining. Stratum structure and stope boundary condition are complex and changeable, and metallic mineral deposit condition is complicated. Under normal circumstances, the roof of bauxite is made of soft rock and weakened by water easily. If do not take reasonable support, it will be the serious security hidden danger.Taking Xingxian He Jia Ge Tai bauxite as the research object, deformation and failure of roadway are analyzed and the influence induction of deformation and failure of surrounding rock in the roadway are summarized through the research results and a large number physical mechanics performance test of surrounding rock of roadway. And the load-bearing mechanism of the support and surrounding rock is discussed, as single supporting method is hard to achieve the goal of the support, the mine roof and two-side surrounding rock should follow different supporting principle and strategy. And a deep analysis about deformation mechanism and mechanical state of surrounding rock are based on the mine roof of the unstable, easily weathered, water weakening and joint fissure development environment. Combined with numerical simulation and theoretical analysis of surrounding rock of roadway control technology, economically reasonable technically feasible supporting technology are put forward. At first, the support design gets the anchorage method and parameter through the engineering analogy method, then the numerical test of the project are applied within the scope of the support parameters for comparison and selection to determine the optimum support parameters in the end. Then the optimized support scheme at different depths are verified, ultimately determining the support scheme. This paper provides a theoretical basis and reference on Xingxian He Jia Ge Tai bauxite mining roadway, which is of great significance to the mine production of high-efficiency mining, it is also of great theoretical and practical value.
