It is generally known that deep mining is an inexorable trend for coal mining. However deep mining face with high geostress, high pressure, high temperature and strong mining disturbance. It brings deep mining a huge challenge. Because of the hostile complex geological environment makes members of the anchor net supporting failed first, and then other supporting component damage in succession, eventually all of the roadway are destroyed. Therefore, further study of the coupling between supporting parameters is of great significance. This article first expounds the feature of complex stress and the deformation characteristics of deep rock and the engineering mechanics characteristics of deep mining. Then analyzeing the main damage form about the deep roadway and its harm. And then further analyzeing the main factors that influence the effect of roadway support and putting forward the idea of coupling support. This paper takes 11501 face from Zhujixi as the research background. First of all, we determine the main factors that influence the effect of sbolt-net-anchor coupling support. They are anchor length, anchoring length, anchor space, bolt diameter, bolt pretension, bolt elastic modulus, cable length, cable diameter, anchor preload and anchor elastic modulus. And then put forward the judgement index of roadway supporting effect. They are convergence value, coupling coefficient, percentage for bolt axial force. Then we did the test through computer numerical simulation base on the factors and orthogonal table. Finally, we conducted data mining (range analysis, variance analysis, multiple regression analysis) for experimental data. And ultimately determine the order of the various factors and the significance of different factors and the quantitative relationship between judgement index and factors.
