| Because of the influence of underground mining, Daye iron mine has a number ofground collapse.It not only has a serious impact on people’s life and property, but alsoendanger the development of mining industry.So the need for forecasting and real-timemonitoring the displacement change on surface subsidence area is growing. Theunderground mining area’s surface deformation monitoring generally adopts originalobservation means, the artificial measurement means original time-consuming andlaborious, meanwhile the measurement range and accuracy is greatly limited. With thedevelopment of wireless communication technology and Internet communicationtechnology, the original observation method has been increasingly unable to meet therequirements of the monitoring, The monitoring system which has measuring range, highprecision, better real-time is demanded.This paper mainly designs the displacement monitoring system of GPS and GPRStechnology based on the subsidence area of Daye iron mine. Changes of the surfacedisplacement is measured by GPS, the data is uploaded to the server through the GPRSwireless network which realizes the real-time monitor displacements on the monitoringarea.Firstly, the background and significance of mine monitoring are introduced, thepresent research situation of existence for the surface deformation monitoring and GPRSremote monitoring problems are analyzed. The terrain features of several importantsubsidence areas are researched, the selection of the subsidence area about GPS monitoringnetwork and monitoring station. Then introduce the principle of GPS displacementmonitoring, in order to improve the accuracy of displacement monitoring, the use ofGPR-RTK technology can make the measurement accuracy of centimeter level. Throughthe use of wireless communication technology GPRS, we can realize real-time monitoringof mine. The design of the monitoring terminal includes hardware design and softwaredesign, hardware design is mainly using the STMicroelectronics STM32F103as the maincontroller, the Huawei GTM900C as GPRS communication module, the design ofperipheral circuit. Software design is mainly using GPS module and the main controller, design of serial communication between main controller and GPRS module, correlationhardware drivers written. The application software of the system adopts the B/Sarchitecture, the browser can view the current status of mine monitoring.This system can realize real-time monitoring direct at Daye iron mine subsidence areaof the surface deformation monitoring which is fully automated, modular design and easymaintenance. |
