Karamay oil field is located in the northwestern margin of junggar basin, is a fracture-lithologic control, severe heterogeneity, like double medium, multi-type multi glutenite oil region. Area, for the development of reservoir rocks with complex modal structure, porosity permeability differential big, serious heterogeneity, pore types, complex, holes, holes, seams coexist. From karamay oilfield based on the geological characteristics of reservoir, briefly illustrates the types of sedimentary facies of the reservoir, composition of rocks and reservoir characteristics, the conglomerate reservoir belongs to the alluvial diluvial, gravel braided river and fan delta deposition, the characteristic of its rapid accumulation, decided the conglomerate reservoir plane and profile, macro and micro strong heterogeneity, and unstable, poor continuity of sand body distribution, major reservoirs, low reservoir permeability and class difference is big. Therefore, oilfield development of reservoir reconstruction technology demand is higher.Hydraulic fracturing technology is of low permeability oil and gas production and increase production of an important measure. Oil well production by fracturing way, after the effective time, still must go through repeated fracturing in order to maintain production. But with the well development of fixed number of year with the increase of number of and measures for the potential of old well fractures of original production more and more small, single refracturing technology such as the increasing scale of already cannot satisfy the development of the oilfield development production stabilizing oil needs. How to use the suitable fracturing technology, reformation, maximum use of remaining oil, to improve the oil increase effect has become the important technical problem to be solved.Aiming at all kinds of disadvantages and problems of conventional fracturing, focuses on:Temporary plugging steering-change layer fracturing technology background, repeated fracturing cracks redirect mechanism and plugging agent performance; New technology principle and application condition of layered fracturing technology; Hydraulic sand blasting perforation fracturing technology principle, the advantages compared with conventional perforation fracturing and its technical characteristics, etc;At the same time, to meet the requirements of oil well sand control sand fracturing technology and application of composite fiber and resin coated sand sealing sand fracturing technology, to the study on the principle of applicability, indoor experiment, technical features, process and requirements of selecting well are discussed. Composite fiber sand fracturing technology not only has the function of prevent fracturing sand return to vomit but also can improve the fracturing proppant subsidence profile, increasing the permeability of fractures, so as to improve oil production.Temporary plugging turn for layer fracturing technology, a new layered fracturing technology, hydraulic sand blasting perforation fracturing technology, composite fiber sand fracturing technology, resin coated sand sealing technology principle, applicable conditions of fracturing technology, etc, etc as the foundation, has carried out the fracturing technology test and application of research, and from the technical application and production effect, and choose typical Wells example carries on the detailed analysis and research, confirmed that the technology used is scientific and advanced.Through the study of karamay conglomerate reservoir reservoir fracturing work provide a good technical measures and means, to alleviate and improve oil well fracturing measures the oil increase effect of slow development, provides the reference and guidance.
