Mash is fermented liquid, including fermentation products, fermentation medium as well as some intermediate. Waste mash contains plenty, which directly discharged into the river would been polluted by eutrophication, contributed to water anoxia,fish disappeared, the river stank.This paper studies the adsorption of yeast bran and mashes the flow of waste characteristics, wheat bran mash and yeast mixture of waste materials as a representative of viscous material. In the actual production, fluidized bed is usually opaque material of metal, the operator is difficult to determine by observation fluidized bed state of the internal material, the most easily measured parameters should be exported fluidized bed air relative the changes of humidity and temperature. Dynamics from the fluidized bed we can see that we can measure the bottom of fluidized bed to determine the changes in pressure within the material of the fluidized state. In this study, fluidized bed by measuring the outlet air relative humidity, temperature and bed pressure changes in the bottom, confirmed the first two states for the bed of the characterization of the flow is consistent with the latter, which shows the outlet air relative humidity and bed changes in temperature within the material can be characterized by fluidized bed state. It’s very important to production practice.The results showed that the adsorption of yeast bran mash as a viscous material waste representative objects, the flow of the drying process is a "full flow by the local channel flow transition" process, in this transformation process, the fluidized bed outlet air relative humidity gradually increased, reached a certain peak and then slowly decreases, and finally stabilized. Outlet air temperature has a relatively flat area, making the outlet air temperature cruve has a sunken area. The change process was characterized by the flow of viscous material from the local channel of the change in total flow, and pressure on the characterization of the bottom bed consistency.Studied the heated air at different wind speed, mixing ratio, the material bed height, the heating temperature, holding the case whether or not channel the flow of viscous material from the local flow of the transformation process completely, we found the mixing ratio and the standing time for the viscous flow of materials have a significant effect of state. When the mixing ratio of1/0.9and materials to experiment without standing, the viscous materials a serious channeling phenomenon, and this generation fails to channel flow during the course of drying improved, this has led to the final to the final decreased product quality is not conducive to the production.
