At present, China’s treatment technologies of ordinary wastewater containing oil and wastewater containing poly are in stalled stage. physical and chemical treatment methods are majority, but there is less study on microbial treatment method. Therefore, this topic use the traditional anaerobic-aerobic A/O process, combined with the theory of co-metabolism, to deal with the ordinary wastewater containing oil and wastewater containing polyethylene. The co-metabolism can further improve the processing performance of the sewage anaerobic-aerobic process.First, introduce a strain BM1isolated from the reactor by Hungate technology, and analyze its viscosity, BOD/COD, infrared spectroscopy, three-dimensional fluorescence spectra, temperament testing and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis. Confirm that the strain has a strong sulfuric acid reduction and polymer degradation characteristics.Add S, N, P to the anaerobic-aerobic A/O process of wastewater containing oily and poly mixed domestic sewage, Respectively carry out three groups experiments: mixed sewage CS, CSN, CSNP. And carry out ordinary wastewater containing oil and wastewater containing poly separate biological treatment as a reference. Test results, COD removal rates of the separate biological treatment of ordinary wastewater containing oil and wastewater containing poly were44.7%and30.8%respectively. After mixing domestic sewage, COD removal rates of C-S, C-S-N and C-S-N-P were79.7%,80%and90%respectively. COD removal rates of Sewage containing polyethylene was23.4%,65%and57.9%respectively. This shows that processing performance ordinary wastewater containing oil and wastewater containing poly are both improved after anaerobic-aerobic A/O co-metabolism process.Adding S, N, P elements has an effect on the metabolic performance of ordinary wastewater containing oil and wastewater containing poly.After adding S, N, P, in turn to three groups of experiences:ordinary wastewater containing oil C-S, C-S-N and C-S-N-P anaerobic-aerobic A/O process. Oil removal rate reduces from98%to75%, the removal rate of COD increases from79.7%to90%., SO42-removal rate rises from83%to95%, the concentration of soluble sulfide educes from20-30mg/L to less than0.1mg/L after adding N.NO3--N concentration of anaerobic and aerobic effluent is between17mg/L and19mg/L, NO2-N concentration of anaerobic effluent about7-9mg/L, NO2--N concentration of aerobic effluent is always0-2mg/L. removal rate of Phosphate is about91%~92%, after adding PO43-, NO3--N and NO2--N content is no significant change.pH of the C-S process is between8.2and8.6, C-S-N is between8.2and8.9, and C-S-N-P process is between8.2and8.6. As the heterotrophic denitrification in the reactor become strong, pH curve of C-S-N process appears NO2--N inflection point in the13d, pH curve of C-S-N-P process appears NO2--N inflection point in the15d. ORP of C-S, C-S-N, and C-S-N-P process is respectively between-530~-520,-500~-490and-300~-180.ORP is always keeping an upward trend.After adding S, N and P, in turn to three groups of experiences:wastewater containing poly C-S, C-S-N and C-S-N-P anaerobic-aerobic A/O process. Oil removal rate reduces from95%to75%, Polymer removal rate increases from17.5%to30%, the removal rate of COD increases from79.7%to90%, SO42-removal rate rises from86.6%to93%, the concentration of soluble sulfide educes from10~20mg/L to less than0.1mg/L. NO3--N concentration of anaerobic and aerobic effluent is both between11mg/L and13mg/L, NO2--N concentration of anaerobic effluent about5.5-6mg/L, NO2--N concentration of aerobic effluent is always1~2mg/L. removal rate of Phosphate is about92%, after adding PO43-, NO3--N and NO2--N content is no significant change. PH of the C-S C-S-N、C-S-N-P process is between8.2and8.9. pH curve of C-S-N and C-S-N-P process appears NO2--N inflection point in the13d, ORP is always keeping an upward trend, increasing from-560to-390.
