| With the gradual increase of health concept,people pay more attentions to the healthproblems of themselves. More and more people want to know their health conditions as soon aspossible. Treadmill becomes the most common indoor fitness equipment, for its’ smalloccupation area, simplicity of operator and convenient speed adjustment, etc. This papercombines the human health-monitoring with treadmill,displays the physical conditions of theexerciser when he is being exercise in time,gives a scientific and reasonable exerciserecommendations, to avoid the blindness of his exercise.Firstly, this paper introduces the meaning and purpose of development of thehealth-motorized treadmill with the human health-monitoring system, elaborates thedevelopment trend in the world,and introduces some mechanical structures and patents aboutmotorized treadmills. Reference on recent research results and development trend about thehuman health-monitoring,the research aims and contents are proposed in chapter1. Based on themotorized treadmills in the market and relate design methods and design theories aboutErgonomics, we determine the size of each part and establish the3D model of thehealth-motorized treadmills.Second,we analysis the treadmill by kinematics and reliability. In order to improve theaccuracy of the run-belt slope control,we analyze the motion characteristics’ curve when therun-belt slope si changed. We use the Finite Element Analysis and calculating fatigue lifeanalysis to analysis some key components of the treadmill mechanism to verify their reliability.Third,we design and formulate a human health-monitoring system.By some appropriatesensors, we acquire the physiological parameters of the exercise,such as heart rate, bodytemperature and blood pressure, send this parameters into the control system after a series ofsignal processing. Then the control system adjusts the run-belt speed or the run-belt slope basedon the physiological parameters which improve the exercise efficiency of the exerciser and keepthese parameters in the rational ranges.Fourth,the health-monitored treadmill can be inputted the basic data of exercisers, such as age, height, weight and so on, and presents the current physical cases of the exercisers. Based ondifference exercise aims,different exercisers, we combined the exercise kinematics and humanphysiology, design some sets targeted exercise program for the exerciser.Finally,conclusion and further researches are present. |
