The main content of this paper is my VBA programs developed for calculation of55,000tons of acetaldehyde distillation device processes. In this paper, VBAprograms will be applied to the design and calculation of chemical equipment, theuse of Excels own simple, intuitive features and easy-to-use calculation, and powerfulVBA programming function to deal with chemical calculation of the many complexcomputing problems,This paper combining Excel with VBA programming advantages is remarkable:Firstly, we can save a lot of time and energy by the use of Excel own formula editorand tabular computation function. Secondly, it can avoid the disadvantage which isneeded to modify from it to end if one link appears data error in conventional handcount, in this paper you can find problems in electronic form data and modificationit simply, at the same time the associated data will automatically change, whichreflects a more automation and efficient way in calculation!In this paper, the VBA programs has been developed successfully,which areneeded in the bubble dew point calculation of heat balance, the column reflux ratiocalculation, molecular formula subscript design calculation of the55,000tons ofacetaldehyde device distillation process.During which access to a large number ofrelevant books and VBA programming information.
