With the rapid development of industry and the rapid growth of the population, we needto deal with more and more sewage and its energy consumption is high. In order to achievethe purpose of environmental protection and energy saving, nowadays most sewage treatmentplant for excess sludge incineration, which makes waste residue into construction materials,make its waste recycling. But in our country after the sewage treatment plant sludge moisturecontent is high, reach, so that in the process of burning need to consume large amounts ofcoal, increased costs and cause to pollution. Traditional enrichment, mechanical dehydrationprocess, they can only remove most of the free state in water and only a part of capillary water,so the new methods of sludge dewatering has far-reaching practical significance.In this paper, based on the research of the sludge treatment methods, combined with theexperiment observation, put forward a new kind of method to deal with sludge which is basedon high-voltage pulsed electric field technology to break the wall.Mainly do the followingwork:1.Researches general sewage treatment process and sludge moisture content distribution,summarizes the key issues of sludge incineration. Ultrasonic processing experiment was doneby reading literature, and comparing the experiment, proposed a wall-breaking method basedon high voltage pulse,explored the feasibility of high voltage pulse used for sewage treatment.This article simply introduces the development and application status of pulse electric field athome and abroad..2.Studied the processing mechanism and influence factors of high voltage pulse electricfield. Combined with the main characteristics of sewage sludge, analysis and preliminarilydetermines the electric pulse processing needed parameters, and the whole pulse processingsystem experiment device is designed3. With power electronic technology, modern control and detection technology as thefoundation, we designed a high voltage pulse power device based on single chipmicrocomputer of low cost. Main circuit adopts the direct labor frequency electric rectifierfilter, impulse pressure rise again after the pulse shaping; Hardware control part selects thefreescale company car electronic chips MC9S12XS128MAL as the main chip, the hardwarestructure mainly includes the testing module, IGBT drive circuit control module,communication module and operation.4. Set up sewage treatment experiment device, designed of several electrode processingmode, and theoretical analysis of the ideal electric field distribution between electrodes, andtwo kinds of medium were analyzed by using ansys when the electric field distribution, thenchoosed the appropriate treatment. Finally introduced how to be safe when doing thisexperiment.5. With device designed for sewage was carried out wall-breaking experiment,thetreatment effect between electric field intensity,pulse width, pulse frequency and pulsenumber were analyzed; Finally concluded that the electric field strength of treatment effect ismore significant than the influence of pulse width and frequency,and increasing the pulse number can improve treatment effect. Studies have shown that the method is effect on sewagedisposal.
