Environmental Endocrine Disruptors are exogenous chemicals. They can interfere with the normal secretion of body’s hormones. They cause disorder of physiological processes and functional disorder of reproductive system, nervous system, immune system in humans and animals. They have the effect of hormones. They have an impact on humans and animals in reproductive development, nervous system, immune system, carcinogenicity and so on. They can change the normal combination of endogenous hormones and their receptors. The sources of Environmental Endocrine Disruptors are extensive. There is a wide variety of Environmental Endocrine Disruptors in the environment. They are not easily biodegradable due to their stable chemical properties. They are harmful to the organism and the environment and the damage may have been delayed. In this study, the carps were respectively exposured by estradiol, testosterone, the mixture of estradiol and testosterone, bisphenol A and dibutyl phthalate. We studied the changes of sugars in cell membrane in the hepatopancreas, gonad and kidney of the carp, then explained the influence of Environmental Endocrine Disruptors on sugars in cell membrane. It provides a new starting point about the study of the toxicity mechanism of Environmental Endocrine Disruptors. The results show that, Estradiol, bisphenol A, the mixture of estradiol and testosterone can significantly affect qualities of the hepatopancreas in carp. The mixture of estradiol and testosterone can significantly affect qualities of the kidney in carp. It shows that toxic effects of some Environmental Endocrine Disruptors on organisms may reflect on some qualitative change in organs after the carps were respectively exposured by Environmental Endocrine Disruptors for two months.Environmental Endocrine Disruptors can affect the concentrations of D-mannose, D-galactose, L-fucose, N-acetyl-D-galactosamine, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, N-acetyl neuraminic acid in cell membrane of the carp. The concentration of N-acetyl neuraminic acid in hepatopancreas and kidney of the carp produce significant influence. The influence of testosterone is greater than estradiol. The influence of testosterone and estradiol shows antagonism in glycolipid primarily.Estradiol, testosterone, bisphenol A, the mixture of estradiol and testosterone can change the proportion of six kinds of sugar components in glycoprotein of the hepatopancreas in carp. Testosterone, dibutyl phthalate, bisphenol A, the mixture of estradiol and testosterone can change the proportion of six kinds of sugar components in glycolipid of the hepatopancreas in carp. The change may affect the function of the sugar chain in glycoproteins and glycolipids.
