The plasticizer is the functional chemical product which is added to the polymer to giving products intensity and softness, the phthalic acid esters is widely used. The plastic is bad for the human body as one of the most common food packaging materials, because the plasticizer migrates to the food in the process of contacting with the food under certain conditions. Although the migration of these substances is a trace amount, the harm to the human is not to be ignored after long-term contact. The research has shown that the phthalic acid ester is a kind of environmental endocrine disruptor, and has reproductive toxicity, teratogenic and carcinogenic hazards. The phthalic acid ester is soluble in ethanol, so the plastic packaging liquor is contaminated possibly. So, it is important to analyse phthalic acid esters and study its migration behavior in the plastic packaging liquor.The content and results of this paper mainly have the following several aspects:1、The retention time (tR) of17phthalic acid esters (PAEs) was determined by gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector (GC-FID). The chemical structures of17phthalic acid esters (PAEs) have been characterized by molecular electronegativity distance vector (MEDV) and SEDs descriptors. The model of quantitative structure retention relationship (QSRR) was established through the chemical metrology method. The estimation stability and generalization ability of the model were strictly analyzed by both internal and external validation. The correlation coefficient (R) of the established model, leave-one-out (RCv) and Q2ext of MLR were0.9860,0.8724and0.9851, respectively. The analytical method was applied to PAEs qualitative testing of the actual samples to examine the actual application of the model. The result shows that the model has good qualitative ability.2、This work established a gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector (GC-FID) detection method to determine17kinds of phthalic acid ester compounds.The results showed that the concentration and the peak area of17kinds of PAEs presented a good linearity at the range of3.2μg/mL and200μg/mL. The correlation coefficients were0.9994-0.9999; the detection limits of the method were0.0458μg/mL~0.1666μg/mL;the recoveries were88.0%~93.4%; the relative standard deviations(RSD) were0.02%~3.63%. This method was simple, rapid and accurate at a wide linear range, so the method was able to meet the needs of testing phthalic acid esters in liquor plastic packaging material.3、The change law of migration was studied from PET material to liquor simulating fluid with the different alcohol degree, soaking temperature and soaking time by GC-FID.The correlation between migration and octanol water partition coefficient (Kow) of PAEs, migration time (t), temperature (T), alcohol degree (V) was investigated and the migration model was established. The correlation coefficient(R) for the established model was0.9200. At the same time, the stability and prediction ability of model were strictly analyzed by both internal and external validation and the results were satisfying.
