Liquor,as the most original distilled liquor in China,has a history of thousands of years and its craft has been inherited to this day.Recently,in order to reduce production costs,a large number of inferior liquor are sold with plastic packaging through various channels,resulting in big difference in the quality and packaging of liquor in the market.Meanwhile,the presence of phthalates in plastic packaging frequently causes problem of plasticizer migration to liquor,which seriously harms human health.This text compares and analyzes the migration of phthalate ester plasticizers in five kinds of plastic packaging materials by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,the purpose is to find the most suitable plastic packaging for liquor storage.At the same time,to find the migrate rule of phthalates plasticizers in plastic packaging liquor.The experimental study is as follows:1.Choose the appropriate instrument working conditions for the determination of 17 phthalate plasticizers(PAEs),establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method to determination of 17 PAEs in plastic packaging liquor simultaneously.The results show,the concentration and peak area of 17 kinds of phthalate ester plasticizer showed a good linear relationship within the formulation concentration range,the correlation coefficient(R)was between 0.9996 and 0.9999,and the minimum detection limit was 0.0487-0.0759 mg/ L,the recovery rate was 97% to 108%,and the precision(RSD)was 0.03% to 3.58%.The method is according to the national food safety standard,it has a large linear range,which can meet the detection requirements of PAEs in plastic packaging liquor.2.Comparative analysis five plastic packaging materials by GC-MS:PVC,PET,HDPE,PP,PC,the migration of 17 PAEs migrated into simulated wine samples at a temperature of 10-50? and volume fraction of 38%-60% by simulated liquor.Studies have shown that,in 10-50?,DIBP and DBP migrate in the PAEs of five plastic materials.At 10?,no PAEs migrated from any of the five plastic materials;at 20?~50?,DBP migrated in 56% volume PC?60% volume PC and PVC,the same volume fraction migrated compare:PVC>PC,the difference at 20? is 0.003mg/kg,and the difference at 30 is 0.00? 8 mg/kg,at 40?,the two are the same,and the difference at 50 is 0.011 mg/kg;at 40? ??50?,DIBP migrated in 56% volume PET?60% volume PET,the migration increased slowly.With the increase of temperature,the species of plastic materials involved in the migration of PAEs are increasing,due to PP and HDPE in the five plastic materials has no PAEs migration,it can be seen that PP and HDPE materials are more resistant to heat.through 10~50 compare migration,this ?text suggests the temperature should not exceed 40 d? uring the storage of the liquor.3.Comparative analysis five plastic packaging materials by GC-MS: PVC,PET,HDPE,PP,PC,the migration of 17 PAEs migrated into simulated wine samples during the period from 30 to 360 days and volume fraction of 38%-60% by simulated liquor.PAEs began to migrate during the 30 days of soaking in this experiment,in the 360 days,the migration amount reached the maximum value;When soaked for 30 days to 90 days,DIBP and DBP migrated in more than 50% of the simulated wine samples,the migration of PAEs was not very different and the growth was slow;From 180 days to 360 days,DEHP in 60% volume fraction PVC,DIBP?DBP in less than 50% volume fraction samples migration.PAEs migration is no longer dominated by higher volume fractions of wine samples.The migration of PAEs in plastic packaging increased rapidly.The comparative analysis of migration volume:PVC> PC> PET> HDPE> PP;It can be seen that the migration amount of PAEs plasticizer of PP material in the five kinds of plastic packaging materials is the lowest,it is concluded that PP is more suitable for storing liquor as a plastic packaging material.4.After 30 days to 360 days of analysis,when immersed for 240 days,DBP in the wine samples with the volume fraction above 50% exceeds the maximum residue limit of 0.3mg/kg in the national standard;After immersion for 360 days,DBP basically exceeds the maximum residue limit in wine samples with volume fraction above 50%,and DBP migration volume below 50% in volume wine sample is close to the maximum residue limit.Therefore,When storing white wine,the storage time of white wine of more than 50% vol should not exceed 240 days,and the storage time of white wine of 50% vol or less should not exceed 360 days.
