In this study,Yunnan Chihong Huize lead-zinc mining processing plant for lead and zinc tailings material.First tailings dehydration,grinding and other pre-p rocessing operations.Then after the tailings x-ray fluorescence and x-ray diffract-ion analysis to determine the elemental composition of the tailings and minera-1phases.Initially identified a high content of iron,exists in the form of pyrite t-ailings.Consider dip makes iron tailings leaching by sulfuric acid,sodium chlora-te oxidant acid leaching solution of divalent iron oxide to control the pH,sulfa-te content can be produced can be polymerized ferric sulphate based inorganic flocculants.The use of single-factor analysis,study sulfuric acid leaching tailings leachi-ng conditions.Experimental content:(1)leaching method influencing factors:the co-ncentration of sulfuric acid,liquid to solid ratio,mixing time,mixing speed,the si-ngle factor of the reaction temperature and other factors;optimization of experi-mental conditions(2)leaching method:each factor orthogonal experiment to deter-mine the optimal experimental conditions.The orthogonal experiment Tailing sul-furic acid leaching optimum conditions:2mol/L sulfuric acid concentration,time6h,temperature90℃,liquid-solid ratio20:1,stirring speed250r/min.Get the fina-1total iron leaching rate of83.71%.The acid leaching filtration,the leaching solution used for the next step in preparation of polymeric ferric sulfate.Sodium chlorate oxidation,hydrolysis,poly-merization to obtain polymeric ferric sulfate.The main experimental content:(1)p-reparation method affect the single factor of factors:time,temperature,stirring sp-eed and sodium chlorate concentration factors.(2)Preparation process.to determin-e the optimum reagent dosage and preparation conditions.The orthogonal experi-ments sodium chlorate oxidation of iron(Ⅱ)the optimum conditions:Sodium chlor-ate concentration of0.6mol/L,3.0h,temperature55℃,stirring speed125r/min.Iro-n to obtain a final conversion was90.07%.National standard and experimental obtained based on polymeric ferric sul -fate control.The product solution density1.6g/cm3(20℃),the viscosity of12.2m pa-s(20℃),restore matter content(1.6%Fe2+dollars)the basicity was10.3%,stock s-olution pH0.7,the appearance of significant red-brown.Basically consistent with the national standards of polymeric ferric sulfate,experimental synthesis of pol-ymeric ferric sulfate-based inorganic flocculants with satisfactory results.Floccula-nt preparation for the treatment of dyeing wastewater,COD removal rate reache-d78%,the turbidity removal efficiency of up to83%.
