"Green environmental protection" has been the subject of today’s world.The researchers take more anttention on the development of green materials and products when in energy shortage environmental degradation, the use of renewable energy.Because of ionic liquid has good stability, electrochemical and other properties so that its has been widely used as a "green solvent".Eight kinds of ionic liquids were prepared used pyridine and halogenated alkanes, hexafluorophosphate and four fluorine boric acid salt to as the raw material. And applied in the copolymerization preparation of polyketone by CO and C2H4. In order to improve the catalytic efficiency, ionic liquid be used to replace the traditional methanol solvent so that studying the effect of ionic liquids on the copolymerization reaction.The preparation of pyridine and alkyl halide ionic liquid synthesis temperature, material ratio, reaction time and other experimental conditions through orthogonal experiment investigated, and optimize it.The ionic liquids and polyketone were characterized by the method of infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The results show that the ionic liquid s prepared for the target ionic liquid, the most influential factor in haloalkoxy with pyridine reaction is the temperature, the second is time, in the reaction which the optimum molar ratio of1:1.5.The experimental results show that the ionic liquid can replace methanol solvent through Ionic liquid dosage palladium catalyst to promote the role of carbon monoxide and ethylene polymerization and ionic liquid recycling of palladium catalyst. In this system polyketide production and polymerization catalytic activity has improved greatly.Adopting butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate ionic liquid for CO and C2H4polymerization reaction the catalytic activity of the catalyst system is preferably superior to methanol as solvent when the amount of the ionic liquid4g the product yield of higher27.4%then methanol.This is under the present experimental conditions (i.e.:2mg of [Pd (AcO)2DPPP],18mg of p-benzoquinone,21mg p-toluenesulfonic acid,0.25L autoclave, the reaction temperature of90℃, a pressure of4MPa).Contrasted the affection of polymerization by BF4-1and PF6-1two types of ionic liquids. Results show that catalytic activity of BF4-1ionic liquid significantly lower than PF6-1ionic liquid.The best group of ionic liquid catalytic activity was10.83kg/g (Pd-h). The catalytic activity was50%of the first after the catalyst system was reused three times. |
