Precision measurement technology is the foundation and prerequisite of thedevelopment of machinery industry, which has been recognized by the history of thedevelopment of production. Displacement including linear displacement or angulardisplacement measurement is the most basic and common measurement in the productionand living.With the support of the National Natural Scientific Funds, our team transformthe spatial displacement measurements into the measurement of the time difference basedon the space-time coordinate transformation theory.The existing field-gating establish atraveling wave magnetic field as the coordinate system of uniform motion,then we studyhow to use the Time—grating sensor and its derivative new technology to solve theproblem of very large machine with high-speed, heavy load, strong shock and vibration,the pollution of greasy and dust water, high and low temperature extremeconditions,achieving dynamic accuracy measurement, thus achieving full loop NC.WeStudy the mechanical movement detection function features and its new technologythrough a brand new principle, such as Worm Pair、bearing、guide、electric spindle withthe function of detection to facilitate and promote the special equipment and technologyfor the defense industry, at the same time the transmission error detection of the large evenlarger machine make a new progress. We Proposed a new method and then formed a newtheory to research and develop a new test system, and solving the critical problems ofsignificant production and scientific instruments in the forefront core mainstream.Thespecific content of the subject as follows:(1) Identifying traditional displacement sensor’s strengths and weaknesses throughaccessing the information and studying their measuring principle in the displacementmeasurement, in order to draw in the the derivative technology research based on thediscrete probe when gate;(2) Carrying out theoretical research of Time—gating derived technology based onDiscrete probe and the pre stator and rotor’s fixture design, processing, installation work;(3) We optimize the structure design model of the end of magnetic circuit andelectromagnetic signal acquisition through the use of the ANSOFT electromagnetic fieldsimulation;(4) Processing the produced signal,made the signal processing circuit design more reasonable then getting the amount of the spatial displacement of the rotor;(5) The next step, propose the pilot study in the use of designed and processed discreteprobe test,working principle of verification tests and indicators test. Analysis of their data,and further optimization the discrete probe.In summary, we optimize the signal collection terminal further structural on the basisof the variable coupled grating displacement sensor.Thus we get the compact structure, awide range of applications, simplify the structure of the sensor, and further reduce thecost.At the same time we analysis its error to determine the main factors which affect itsaccuracy, then improve its measurement accuracy.
