As China’s economy continues to move forward, the aquaculture industry has developed very quickly. However,it is followed with serious rivers and lakes eutrophication pollution. At present, the problem of water pollution has attracted more and more attention, and how to solve the water pollution problems in the aquaculture process of high efficiency and low-cost has became a big trouble in the continued development of the aquaculture industry. The solution of Aquaculture wastewater pollution problems is mainly about the following three aspects:First:Aquaculture wastewater contains large amounts of ammonia. Ammonia does serious harm to farmed fish in the breeding process, and even touches on the death offish. How to remove ammonia effectively in year round changing water temperature is a major problem in solving the problems of aquaculture wastewater pollution;Second:There are many denitrifying bacteria inoculants in the sale at present, but most of them are liquid inoculants. Such nitrifying bacterial inoculants can reduce ammonia nitrogen in a certain period of time, but along with constantly changing the water during breeding process, there will be a serious loss of nitrifying bacteria, which will undoubtedly increase the aquatic breeding costs. Therefore it requires regular dosing liquid agent, such will increase the cost of aquaculture;Third:Although there are a lot of researches on nitrifying bacteria immobilized, most of them needs some kind of nitrifying bacteria. So wo need a process of purification. This will be a direct result of the sharp rise in the cost of nitrifying bacteria immobilized. How to train a highly efficient nitrifying bacteria based mixed bacterial sludge as immobilized materials become the key to reduce the fixed cost of technology; For the above problem in aquaculture wastewater treatment process, the paper does a detailed study of the above problems, and on the basis of research results to improve aquaculture wastewater treatment process in the laboratory small trial, it gets the following Conclusion:(1) The experiment use intermittent water to culture nitrifying bacteria. In the temperature t=10—13℃, pH=7.0—7.6, p (02)=2.0—2.5mg/L conditions, by controlling the ammonia load of0.94g (NH/-N)/g (MLSS)· d, sludge load of1.39g (COD)/g (MLSS)·d, It achieves better training effect, and gets activated sludge samples of nitrogen,it has high efficient degradation rate of ammonia of in low temperature.Efficient cryogenic nitrifying bacteria obtained by the above method of cultivation can maintain a higher rate of nitrification and make good ammonia removal both at low temperatures and in middle temperature.(2) Dealing with the practical application of efficient cryogenic nitrifying bacteria immobilized particles in fish farming wastewater and based on aspects of comparison nitrification performance, ease of preparation and cost three performance, it gets a conclusion that the sodium alginate+Diatomite soil fixed particles has simple fixing method, higher activity of the small ball and lower cost in the immobilized system compared to the other methods under certain mechanical strength. Therefore sodium alginate+diatomite fixation system is a ideal method to make efficient cryogenic nitrifying bacteria immobilized particles which used to processing aquaculture wastewater(3)Homemade efficient cryogenic nitrifying bacteria immobilized particles has a significant role in purification to protect the quality of water. Through the Controlled trials, it finds that ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and nitrite-oxidizing bacteria can be produced advantage in a short period of time and a more perfect nitrification system can be formed by dosing homemade aquarium efficient cryogenic nitrifying bacteria immobilized particles to fish tank.ammonia concentration and nitrite concentration is maintained at a lower level.Better water quality and lower fish mortality in the fish tank shows that Homemade efficient cryogenic nitrifying bacteria immobilized particles have a very good value in use(4) By comparing different preservation methods, the preservation method of dry naturally, loaded into a brown bottle, cap tightly sealed, stored in the dark and at room temperature is more ideal.
