In the production of ammonia,gas-making workshop undertakes the task of providingnitrogen and semi-water gas for the synthesis of ammonia.It is the most important stepsin ammonia production,it is also the largest energy consumption in the productionprocess of the enterprise-wide.The reconstruction and optimal control of gas furnace hasa direct impact on gas production,quality and consumption of raw materials,it has beenhighly valued in the industry for a long time.The project involved in this article is a reconstruction project of a company, focusedon an important part of synthetic ammonia project-the energy saving and consumptionreducing of gas-making. This thesis have studied the technology theory态industrialmethod and technical indexs of coal gasification,and studied many kinds of methods andmeasures of energy saving and consuption in current coal gasification.Analyzed thecrafts and operating characteristics of using intermittent gas furnace to producesemi-water gas, then identified some key parameters influenced the stability of thegasification furnace.The projiect is implemented from the single furnace control andcoordination of muti-furnace control respectively to optimize and reconstruct. Increasedthe detection and control of key process parameters in single furnace optimization controlstation,and changed the measurement and control methods of some originalparameters.The key is optimizing and controlling the temperature of gasificationlayer.These reconstruction makes the single furnace more stable,so as to achieve thepurpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.The key is hydrogen to nitrogenratio optimization control in workshop lever coordination control station. and it cancoordinate with sigle furnace optimization control station.The scheme ensures thestability and efficiency of entire production process.Through the entire reconstruction is applied to the industrial field,the gasificationfurnace is more stable and energy saving,the quality of the gas is improved,and the effciency of the enterprise is also improved.
