During the "11th Five-Year Plan" and "12th Five-Year Plan", coal deep processing projects put into production in succession. As the powerful means of converting coal into chemical product and energy, coal chemical industry directly affects the development and planning direction national energy strategy. Meanwhile, since current world energy situation is in tension and China is the first power of energy consumption, it is necessary to guarantee the efficient utilization of coal resources and promote the progress of coal chemical industry technology while ensuring the development status and trend of coal chemical industry. By taking the coal-based natural gas in Huocheng as research object, this article analyzed the supporting scheme of "determining electricity with gas" in traditional chemical industry and raised the co-construction thinking of coal chemical industry-thermoelectricity integration. Based on the improvement of energy efficiency of thermoelectricity by adopting supercritical unit and high temperature and high pressure boiler, it realized the step utilization of steam as well as waste heat recycle, and improved project energy utilization rate to make the coal gas project reach to the goal of demonstration project.Firstly, through analyzing the original design technical proposal of coal gas project and comparing the rigid requirement of 52% energy transformation ratio of coal gas in the "12th Five-year Plan", this article raised project optimization demands. Based on the analysis of the energy utilization of large-scale coal chemical industry projects, such as coal-based natural gas, coal to olefm, and coal to oil, during the "11th Five-Year Plan" and "12th Five-Year Plan", and thermoelectricity supporting plan, it proposed that the optimization path of this project is: adopt the supporting plan of replacing small capacity unit and pulverized coal fired boiler by heavy-duty generator and high temperature and high pressure boiler so as to realize the production run of large-scale coal gas coal chemical industry-thermoelectricity integration, and the self-sustainability regulation of electricity, steam and water.Secondly, establish energy consumption calculation of thermoelectricity so as to research optimal thermoelectricity plan from the aspects of comprehensive thermal efficiency, generating efficiency, heat-to-electric ratio and exergetic efficiency. During the statistical time, thermoelectricity device adopts supercritical unit and high temperature and high pressure boiler, which has lower coal consumption, higher efficiency and is beneficial to the improvement of factory energy efficiency. The optimal supporting high temperature and high pressure boiler has better steam matching; the matching of low pressure steam load in the generator unit is better; the installation plan is reasonable.At last, it established the energy consumption calculation analysis of coal chemical industry; according to the file provisions of General Rule of Comprehensive Energy Consumption Calculation (GB/T 2589-2008), it selected the calculation method of comprehensive energy consumption, standard coal coefficient, comprehensive energy consumption per unit, and energy transformation ratio. By combining with the practical example of general formula, this project adopted efficient, energy-saving and environmental protection high-capacity heating unit with high parameter to promote the utilization of new technology, new process and new equipment of energy system, and realize the demonstration function of coal chemical industry-thermoelectricity integration.
