Therefore,people earnestly hoped that can develop a disinfection that stronglyno adverse reaction and easy to operate from traditionaL Chinese medicineThis thesis is base on the theory of the flavonoid sterilization,we find C4=0,C5-OH and C7-OH as well as C3’-OH and C4’-OH from these five herbal medicine and confirm best match rate in orthogonal experiment.Through totaL flavanone extraction orthogonal test,analyzed the factors as ethyl alcohol amount used、ethyl alcohol density and extraction time to influence the total flavanone extraction, and find an optimum extraction craft, and joins the Twain-80, glycol and so on accessory material preparation to obtain the Chinese medicine disinfectant.Meanwhile has carried on the quality control to raw material for medicine tabLets ready for decoction and the supplementary material, to the end product mainly from the distinction, the inspection and graded several aspects including the gauging to cancel the toxic agent to conduct the quality specification research.The experiment, which antibacterium in suspended liquid, shows,the killing rate above99.90%when this disinfectant100%affect1min or50%affect3min to the Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC6538) and Escherichia coli(8099),when50%affect5min or25%affect10min to the staphylococcus aureus(ATCC6538) as well as Escherichia coli(8099),the killing rate are100.00%.The killing rate above99.90%when this disinfectant100%affect1min or50%affect5min to Candida albicans(ATCC10231).The original fluid affects1min or50%affects10min to Candida albicans(ATCC10231) the killing rate is100.00%. This disinfectant is low toxicity、friendly to environmental and noncorrosiveness, the stability is good and sticks to the skin traces without the irritating quality.This disinfectant may use in the hand, the tableware and so on.
