Fushan oilfield is a big problem to perplex me drilling construction, outstanding performance for the first complex geological structure, fault development, formation exist multiple pressure systems; Second port of paleogene quicksand stratum mainly mudstone, bedding is development, lithologic difference, relative, and large stratigraphic dip, shale hydration expansion, leading to the strata borehole wall stability is poor, hole enlargement is more serious. Metal shed and collapse during drilling process, cause sticking, slacking off and other complex accidents. Especially flow2formation, its lithology is mainly large section of the mudstone layer, and features of hard, brittle, fragile, easy peeling metal shed and collapse; The quicksand port group of steep dip Angle of big set of mudstone thickness, buried depth, lithology density, rock dril lability is poorer, the average rate of penetration is low.Therefore, hainan fushan oilfield complex formation structure, abnormal formation pressure, mechanical characteristics such as slow penetration, hole collapse serious, caused many complex accident, the drilling construction has brought great difficulties. Has become the increase rate of penetration, improve the comprehensive economic benefits of the bottleneck, severely restricted the exploration and development speed. Therefore this project in order to meet the needs of the drilling and development, in view of the problems existing in fushan oilfield of hainan, to the formation pore pressure and formation collapse pressure and fracture pressure and formation rock drillability of law research, determine the safe mud density window of drilling process, select suitable drilling fluid system. Through the objective of the research, aimed at resolving in fushan oilfield of hainan drilling process blocked, sticking, lost circulation and slow rate of penetration and so on problems which restrict the development of the drilling, in order to improve the mechanical drilling rate, shorten the construction cycle, high quality, fast, low exploration and development for the company to provide services, and other oilfield drilling experience for later development, research results will have important guiding significance.This project research mainly finished the following work:first of all completed the fushan oilfield formation characteristics analysis. In this project research, in addition to the conventional form of tectonic, lithologic characteristics and formation pressure curve, according to real drilling conditions and contrast, dip Angle of basic ascertained the change law of every period of formation of azimuth fushan oilfield, wellbore trajectory optimization for the future to provide the basic theory research. Improve the carrying capacity of drilling fluid and plugging ability, reduce drilling fluid filtrate to the underlying intrusion, and improve the system of the overall collapse prevention effect; Followed by completing the study of drilling fluid system, the performance optimization. Drilling fluid has good lubricity, rheological property, filter loss and suppression of the shale.2drilling fluid to flow to improve its inhibitory method is at the scene of the original paste to add just the right amount of organic silicon inhibitors GWJ, can significantly improve the drilling fluid shale inhibition, to the region to meet the requirements of the mudstone stratum in the region to drilling fluid inhibitory, the downhole complex and accident is reduced; Again is to complete the complex prevention technology research and application of the accident. Fushan oilfield drilling rate of penetration is low, time is long, complex well mainly due to leakage, collapse redressing. For weizhou group mainly is the conglomeratic sandstone, poor cementation and good permeability characteristics, before entering the Wei three sections deal with drilling fluid, and reduce the water loss, to ensure the thin and tough mud cake is formed on the sidewall. To avoid water loss is too big, cause the filter cake on the wall is too thick, easy happening and reducing drilling. Flow2mudstone are prone to collapse, the performance indicators, good control of drilling fluid to prevent wellbore collapse; Finally completed the rock drillability analysis and block bit careful selection of the research.
