β-oxodithiocarboxylate is a kind of important three-carbon synthon in organicchemmistry, widely used to synthesized heterocyclic compounds, for example,thiophenes, dihydropyrimidinones, coumarins, N-aryl pyrazoles, benzo[a]quinolizine-4-thiones.Isoxazole compounds are important organic heterocyclic molecules, consisting ofphysiologically or pharmaceutically active molecule structure fragment, such asantiphlogistic drug or herbicide sold in the market.β-ketonitriles are also a kind of very important compounds, which are used tobe synthesized materials having physiologically and pharmaceutically active.This article selectes-oxodithiocarboxylate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride asreactants and get isoxazoles and β-ketonitriles through different experimentalmanipulation respectively. In this way, we provide a new simple synthetic method:First, at90°C, we synthesize isoxazolines in NaOAc-HOAc system using β-oxodithiocarboxylate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as reaction material.Second, at room temperature, we synthesize β-ketonitriles in NaOH-C2H5OHsystem using β-oxodithiocarboxylate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as reactionmaterial as well.
