| This work describes the development and application of monolithic column modified with graphene oxide for separation and determination of chlorosulfuron and metsulfuron-methyl by capillary electrochromatography (CEC). The column was well synthesized and polymerized. The morphology of the monolithic column was characterized by an electron microscope. The chromatographic performance of the monolithic column was evaluated by the separation of sulfonylurea herbicides. A rapid determination and good resolution of two herbicides were detected within9minutes using a simple electrophoretic buffer (50mmol/L sodium tetraborate with3%of methanol pH=9.0).The calibration curves were0.53mg/L for metsulfuron-methyl and0.56mg/L for curves chlorosulfuron. The metsulfuron-methyl regression is y=0.50131x+0.22903and chlorosulfuron is y=1.28281x-0.2146, were y is the peak area and x is the amount of herbicides. |
