With the development and advancement of human society, peoplegradually increase the awareness of their own security, but they have frequented somepersonnel intensive places in the life and work, such as venue, shopping malls, etc.Densely populated places most prone to sudden event, group of dead and injuriesaccidents, often caused serious injury or death of personnel. Therefore, denselypopulated places in the personnel emergency evacuation is increasingly attention.People in personnel crowded places can be able to safely, quickly and orderlyevacuation in the event of emergencies, high dense crowd evacuation safely in a shortperiod of time, to implement the scientific emergency evacuation strategy, is themeasures and means for disaster reduction (accident) the consequences of theseriousness of casualties. Therefore, to study the densely populated places evacuationhas very important significance.In this paper, contrary to the emergency evacuation densely populated places, on thebasis of the research background. By different personnel safety evacuation model, tomake a different analysis, described the evacuation, identify the emergencyevacuation of the principal contradiction in the process. The key is not to solve theproblem of emergency evacuation describe an instantaneous evacuation the personnelcluster of state, but should be able to reflect the entire evacuation process, theestablishment of safe evacuation shortest objective optimization model.The optimization theory and cluster flow theory are introduced firstly, then introducethe concept of LINGO software, application in the programming model, acomparative study with other solving software, and the advantages of LINGO systemto solve linear, nonlinear and integer programming. Followed to analysis themonolayer emergency evacuation, divided into two aspects of the single export andmore exports. The single export evacuation is the basis of all evacuation study. Onthis basis, the establishment of single-layer multi-export emergency safe evacuationmodel, in the modeling process, consider the safety of each evacuees, the use of thesake of the whole calculation, while considering the overall evacuation, as far aspossible to ensure the evacuation of individuals in the security. And then solved usingLINGO software based on the analysis of the solution results verification andoptimization solution results, and conversion the results of the quantitative to thevariable, make the results more in line with the actual situation of need. Finally studythe emergency evacuation of the double-layer multi-outlet, In-depth analysis of theupper and lower levels evacuees during the evacuation of the need to evacuate amatter of time. A different stand on its evacuation time established two safeevacuation models, focusing on the actual security needs evacuation, select theappropriate evacuation model. Through the corresponding instance of the authentication, determine the feasibility of the two types of safe evacuation models.Provide the basis for the practical application of the model to develop emergencyevacuation plans.
