Research And Apply On The Hidden Imagf Anti-Counterfeit Technology Recognized By The Grating Revealers

With the development of our country printing and packaging industry, the packaging and printing products have extremely vast application prospect. But the fake and inferior products usually are used to palm off inferior goods with fake packaging. Although some new anti-fake technologies, including the laser holographic technology and anti-counterfeiting materials, have been invented one after another, the anti-counterfeiting cost is too large because of the technics are too difficult. Therefore, simply recognized, difficultly copied and cost for control are the goals that we pursue.In this thesis, the theoretical basis of this research is the printing anti-counterfeiting technology, which hides the simple images and text information into the pre-replication of the color half-tone images, based on moire effects (phase adjustment) which happily combine digital halftone technologies and physical optics. The simulated experiments of this research are in the laser printing, digital proofing and traditional offset printing. Using by specific revealer with the appropriate angle, the hidden information could be observed with three-dimensional effect.The result shows that this technology can be used in any mainstream printing process, or even in the laser printing. This security printing method, without increasing the cost of excess production, makes action to the security protection of the packaging printing and the confidential files. It makes this having the high secrecy safety that the products have the functions of the anti-scanning and anti-copy. In addition, the grating revealer to recognize is cheap and convenient. Operating it easily is helpful for the promotion recognition method grasping between consumers and public.Therefore, this anti-counterfeiting technology has bright prospect especially in the outside packaging of products. It can not only accurately convey products market image to customers, but also can protect the legal rights of enterprises with forceful support.
