The black liquor is a kind of alkaline solution that contains a variety of organic and inorganic materials. Black liquor gasification is a very complex process. Analysis of the compositions of black liquor gasification products is the basis of the study of black liquor gasification reaction mechanisms. Therefore, it is significance to research on black liquor gasification and its applications. Sulfides (such as H2S, CH3SH and CH3SCH3) are produced in the process of black liquor gasification, which sulfides cause the environmental pollution and make the serious corrosion of equipments. The study conducts the following three aspects as bagasse black liquor to be the object of study of this topic:1. The gasification of black liquor from cane bagasse.This experiments take black liquor to gasification and be cracked by the reactor. Using scanning electron microscopy, titration and other methods to analyzed the products, the determination of experimental result is:the residual bagasse takes40.69%of the quality of cane black liquor after gasification, as well as the gasification gas takes59.31%. They are coke and soluble as the rest when washing the residual bagasse several times, then the coke accounts for10.82percent of the black liquor quality, as well as soluble account for29.87 percent. Among which the quality of soluble of Na2CO3、NaOH is separately27.28%,1.31%of the black liquor quality.2. Analysis of products of gasification of black liquor.Analyzing the gas of black liquor gasification by KANEflue gas analysis instrument, efficient gas chromatography and such as. According to the analysis: the content of the main components of gasification gas is:CO37.21%, CO225.33%, H229.49%,and the other gas7.97%; However the concentration of sulfur gases in the gasification gas of H2S、CH3SH、CH3SCH3is separately:0.012mg/L0.79mg/L、0.92mg/L, Comparing the quality is0.0544%、0.0468%and0.718%of black liquor separately.3. the research of desulfurizating the gasification gas shows.In this study, we removal the components of containing Sulfur of black liquor, and use alkaline solution as the absorb liquid. Then we analyze the result of desulfurization of gasification by Efficient meteorological chromatography, titration and other methods. The experimental results show:The total content of sulfur in gasification gas is12.29mg/L, Compared to the total content, the total removal rate of sulfur in gasification gas is94.07%which the gas is absorbed and purified by Sodium hydroxide. Among them, the rate of removal alkaline solution of H2S、CH3SH. CH3SCH3take97.54%.85.15%and21.56%separately.
