Basic national conditions of resources in our country characterized by abundant in coal while deficient in oil and gas, coal will be taken as main energy within a period in the future, traditional coal chemical technology lacks of reasonable utilization in coal, which results in low utilization in coal and serious environmental pollution. With economic development, modern coal chemical industry develops rapidly, however, coal water slurry gasification is not only a leading technology in modern coal chemical industry, but also realizes clean and high efficient utilization in coal. Meanwhile, paper manufacturing industry develops rapidly in our country, which produces a large amount of black liquor, therefore, direct emission threatens environmental safety severely. On the other hand, development of phosphorus chemical industry produces a large amount of ardealite, which does not only occupy land, but also wastes Ca, if applying ardealite in coal gasification, which can not only realize utilization of ardealite, but also improve activity of coal gasification.This subject conducts research from the following aspects, firstly, it adopts HSC thermodynamic software to observe temperature pressure and collaborative influence of materials comparison on coal gasification thermodynamic equilibrium system. And then it adopts bamboo pulp by dry pulping and prepares black liquor coal slurry by black liquor and Guizhou anthracite, as well as studies on performances of full stuff such as colloidal viscosity of CWS, stability and rheological properties change rule etc., at last, it adopts self-made catalytic gasification evaluation device to conduct gasification reaction on reaction product from coke and CO2 with different amounts of bamboo pulping liquor, alkali metal salt and ardealite, adopting gaschromatograph to analyze gasification product, XRD to conduct phase analysis on coal sample and coke to get changes rule for coal gasification. We find that through research:High temperature is conductive to gasification reaction, S/C and O/C ratio are main factors influencing coal gasification, when their specific value is in S/C+0.99O/C>=1.05, O/C+S/C<=1.12, percent conversion and credits of forming gas is the highest. When temperature lowers than that under 800? pressure, it has the largest influence on credits of forming gas, if more than 1100?, influence of pressure on Coal gasification reactivity is small relatively.When addition of bamboo plumping liquor is less than 15%, inorganic substance plays catalytic action mainly in coal gasification, with addition of bamboo plumping liquor, coal gasification activity increases gradually. After addition of bamboo plumping liquor excesses 20%, BL organic substance produces facilitation on coal gasification.CaCO3 Can improve percent conversion of CO2 with higher higher catalytic activity and the best addition is 4%. Adding CaSO4 to improve activity of coal gasification, because reduction reaction occurs to CaSO4 in process of coal gasification, whose reduzate produces certain catalytic action on coal gasification, addition of ardealite, the reason why Coal gasification activity is higher that that of CaSO4 lies in that ardealite contains other metal salts.Bamboo pulping liquor and metal salt compound can prepare catalyst with higher catalytic activity, which is better to compound with ardealite.
