The associated valuable matals are very rich in stone coal in China. If the comprehensiveutilization of the valuable matals could be achieved, it will bring huge economic benefits. Butthe current studies focused on the recovery of the associated valuable matals in stone coal areless, and most of them are limited in the pyrometallurgy recovery technique and high pressurealkali leaching recovery technique, which were not realized in industrialization because oftheir environmental pollution and strict require on the equipment. In resent years, wet acidleaching technology are widely used in the vanadium extraction from stone coal, it also bringsa new way for the comprehensive utiliazation of the associated valuable matals in stone coal.This article uses the combined concentration and smelting process of mixed flotation-leaching-reduction-solvent extraction-sulfide precipitation for a kind of polymetallic stonecoal ore containing vanadium obtained from Lueyang city, Shanxi province to study thecomprehensive recovery of vanadium, copper and nickel, improve the traditional solventextraction of vanadium from acid leaching solution and explore the effect of oxidationstripping when using hydrogen peroxide oxidation for the loaded organic phase.Mixed flotation experiments showed that the optimal experiment condition: the grindingfineness is-0.074mm85.8%, butyl xanthate dosage is400g/t, ammonium butyl aerofloatdosage is600g/t, sodium silicate dosage is1000g/t, sodium sulfide dosage is800g/t,flotation time is30min, pulp density is30%; Under the optimal conditions, concentrate yieldis67.2%, vanadium, copper, nickel recovery efficiency are70.1%,89.9%,89.4%, therecovery efficiency of iron, calcium are71.6%,14.5%respectively.Leaching experiments showed that the optimal conditions of leaching process: sulfuricacid dosage, the dosage of sodium chlorate and aid leaching agent are ore quality of40%,3.0%,3.0%respectively, leaching time for8h, leaching liquid-solid ratio of2mL/g. In theseexperimental conditions, the leaching efficiency of vanadium and copper, nickel can reach82.1%,98.2%and82.1%respectively.Copper recycling experiments showed that the optimal conditions of nFe/nCu=2.0,mixing speed is600rpm, reduction time is50min, under the test conditions, exchange rate ofcopper can reach98.5%.Vanadium recovery experiments showed that optimal parameters for extraction vanadium:O/A ratio of extraction vanadium is1:2, extraction time is5min, at room temperature (25℃),under the test conditions for vanadium single-stage extraction efficiency is67.3%, thecontinuous counter-current extraction stages are3, the accumulation efficiency of vanadiumextraction could reach97.5%; The optimal parameters for hydrogen peroxide stripping experiments: nH2O2/nV2O5=5:1, stripping ratio O/A=10:1and stripping time is40s, roomtemperature (25℃), the counter-current stripping stages are3, the accumulation of strippingvanadium rate reached97.2%under the conditions.Nickel recovery experiments showed that the optimal parameters of sulphidizingprecipitation of nickel: nNa2S/nNi2+=2.0, the reaction time for30min; sinking nickelefficiency reached95.4%in this condition.This technology has achieved good results, a new method in comprehensive recycling foraccompanying the valuable metal of stone coal was provided.
