In recent years, ice-temperature storage technology for fruit and vegetable is developing rapidly in our country. A large number of literature shows that compared with the traditional storage technology, this technology has incomparable advantage, not only can effectively inhibit the growth of harmful microbes, sky-high keep fruit and vegetable natural taste and freshness, but also can improve the original flavor and quality. However, due to the refrigeration equipment and operation technology limited, this technology though has rich experimental research in China at present, it has been difficult to be used in practice.According to the practical problems, on the basis of the domestic and foreign literature and material research, this paper firstly puts forward the point of combining ice-temperature storage technology and physical library together and extends it to the actual production process. Explorating the practice effect and the possible problems primarily through the storage research of ice-temperature entity refrigeratory and theoretical analysis of the experimental results, in order to get the the actual data and theoretical basis for ice-temperature storage technology with fruit and vegetable in practical application, which can provides a reference basis for further research.This paper firstly chooses spherical leaf vegetables-green cabbage in cargo for135tons as the research object. Then does contrastive experiments in the ice-temperature entity refrigeratory and common refrigeratory on the basis of determining its freezing point, and analyses the effect of the practice results from weightlessness rate, decay index, commodity rate of the green cabbage. The results show that, compared with common cold points, the green cabbage in ice-temperature entity refrigeratory has smaller weightlessness rate, lower decay rate, longer shelf life and higher storage quality.Secondly, in view of the initial temperature of the ice-temperature entity refrigeratory for green-cabbage is difficult to cool in actual storage and the compressors run light in later storage, this paper firstly puts forward the four sets of piston machine with parallel scheme to reform the refrigeration system, and discusses its feasibility, advantages and disadvantages integrally through the comparative theory study and computer programming analog. The results show that the scheme successfully cooled the initial temperature of the ice-temperature entity refrigeratory, but can not resolve the compressors’running light point, which causes the energy wastage.Finally, in view of the temperature fluctuation is too large caused by only using the introduction of outside air cooling to cool the refrigeratory, this paper proposes to refine the design of the cold room’s air exhaust system in order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
