Currently, the parts which are the two large difference of the structure and weldingperformance are welded. If we want to obtain joints good mechanical properties and thesplash is relatively difficult to control the situation, Stored energy spot welding which isa kind of a new type of welding technology can very good solution to these problems.Stored energy spot welding is a kind of the efficient resistance spot welding whichobtains energy from the capacitance of the power. This welding method is suitable forelectric appliance, watch, jewelry, stainless steel cutlery and other metal products.This paper analyzes capacitance stored energy welding machine the main circuit,the choice of a capacitor is used in tandem, so that good charging process smoothly hasthe equalizing effect on the grid. Using the rectifier module, the DC power was obtainedby rectifier to A three-phase power. Thyristor controlled charging process of thecapacitor bank, so it will achieve the constant-current control mode. This constantcurrent charging mode has high efficiency and good steady equalizing effect on the grid.Hardware circuit adopts the idea of modularization. A controller is designed byusing stm32as the main controller.so storage spot welding process is monitored. Thesystem specifically includes the associated control circuit,which are synchronouscircuit, the SCR trigger circuit, the foot switch circuit, the air valve circuit control andstorage circuit etc. This system is to achieve control of the various functions of thestorage spot welding,So that the normal operation of the system is guaranteed.The system uses C language to write software. The system software can be easilyexpanded, easy to maintain, easy to promote, maintain easy portability, high efficiency,and has good versatility and software support. The major design programs includes thecapacitor bank charging control program, the discharge control program, the touchdisplay and transmission program, information and communication procedures, failurealarm procedures.This system meet the design requirements, can be used in industry.
