Natural active substances glycoproteins and glycopeptides as widely exists inorganism, has the role of intercellular recognition, also has anti-tumor, improve avariety of biological activities. This paper focuses on research of jellyfish glycoproteinsand glycopeptides immunological activity, in order to provide a theoretical basis forthe depth of jellyfish resources utilization, provide some reference for the developmentof new drugs and functional food immune type.Research contents and results are asfollows:1.Jellyfish protein extraction and purification: The component homogeneousglycoproteins were isolated and purified from jellyfish through dilute salt solutionextracted, ethanol fractionated precipitation, column chromatography and so on.Theresults show the glycoprotein was1.8%, of which the total protein content was87.74%,the content of total sugar was11.87%.2.Process optimization for preparation of glycopeptides: through the single factorexperiment and response surface optimization test, effects of substrate concentration, temperature, pH value of the degree of hydrolysis of enzymatic hydrolysis, determinethe optimum enzymolysis jellyfish protein preparation of glycopeptides. The resultsshow that the comprehensive experiment of single factor and response surfaceoptimization experiment to determine the optimum enzymolysis jellyfish proteinpreparation of glycopeptides:compound protease enzyme preparation is an excellentsource of glycopeptides, the substrate concentration is2.18mg/mL,the pH is7.3andthe temperature is52℃, the hydrolysis degree is28%.3.glycoproteins and glycopeptides: through in vitro immune mouse spleenlymphocyte proliferation and transformation experiment, comparison of glycoproteinsand glycopeptides jellyfish effects on in vitro immune activity of mice at differentincubation time, concentration. The results show the jellyfish glycoproteins and glycopeptides different incubation time, concentration were improved in differentdegree of murine spleen lymphocytes proliferation and transformation ability, andshow a certain dose-effect relation.glycopeptide Ⅰ group were significantly betterthan in the proliferation and transformation capacity increase the spleen lymphocytesof several other components.4.Effects of glycoprotein and glycopeptide from Jellyfish on Immune Function ofMice in vivo:Through observe the effect of medicine on the immune organs indexes, the delayed hypersensitivity, the blastisation of spleen lymphocyte, the activity ofmacrophage phagocytic, the tite of blood serum hemolytic and hemolytic antibody ofthe mice, comparing the effect of glycoprotein and glycopeptide from Jellyfish screenout bioactive marine group on the immune competence in vitro.Result:Jellyfishglycoprotein and glycopeptides were found to significantly improve the immuneactivity under different concentration, and they present a certain dose effectrelations. Conclusion:Jellyfish glycopeptides on immunodeficient mice with betterimmune function. At the same time, theⅠ component is better than the other group onspecific immune responses in mice, which were the strongest immune activitycomponents with molecular weight below3.5KDa glycopeptides group.
