Thesis take Haerwusu surface mine in late2012as object of study, which shovel-struck-technology was optimized by surface mining theory, fuzzy mathematics method, economic theory, systems engineering methods and so on.Thesis summarizes the Haerwusu open-pit coal mine geological conditions andtechnology of the status quo. Haerwusu open-pit coal mine stripping using discontinuousprocess, coal using semi-continuous process. To study and analysis on the stripping ratio, current computing stripping ratio on the method of comprehensive factors and summarizesthe economic stripping ratio, then obtained reasonable economic stripping ratio ofHaerwusu surface mine and re-delimited mining limits. In thesis, the value of the surfacemine’s net benefit as criterion, working length model of shovel-struck-technology wasestablished, and calculated that working length of Haerwusu surface mine is2000m. Fromthe print of technology feasibility and economical, and connecting with the productionscale and equipment show that the size of single bucket-process of excavator truck modelfor495HR. Thesis is based on ratio of trucks to shovels and ration of shovel’s volume totruck’s, through the technical and economic analyzed, come to that rock stripping systemselected6sets60.4m3shovels and42sets326T trucks. Last, used multi-objectiveprogramming and fuzzy evaluation methods. Established Optimization models of benchheight, strip width and minimum width of working bench, Obtained the bench height is16m, strip width is30m and minimum width of working bench is76m.In thesis, shovel-struck system under composite system of Haerwusu surface minewas studied, the results will optimize shovel-struck system, and promote the developmentof open pit mining.
