The chlorella extract fats and unsaturated fatty acids is a hot research at home andabroad, have broad application and development potential.High-density culture ofChlorella and broken to extract oil is a prerequisite to carry out the application of research.So this article studies Chlorella ultrasonic broken new process to extract oil,and using VCthe fermented waste mother liquor heterotrophic culture of chlorella. The objective of thisstudy was to provide valuable reference to the industrial large-scale production andapplication of Chlorella.In this paper, three Chlorella Y1, Y2, Y3bought from Chinese Academy of Sciencesas the research objects. Research three chlorella in different concentration fermentationwaste mother liquor (waste in the mother liquor reducing sugar and glucose quality ratio of1:1,1:2and1:3,1:4,1:5) and whether to add trace elements of the medium growth and oilaccumulation. The results show that chlorella in low concentration waste mother liquor(1:4,1:5), demurrage is short, high biomass, adding trace elements after the plant biomassand algal oil yield were significantly improve. In high concentration waste mother liquor(1:1,1:2and1:3), demurrage longer, biomass is low, add trace elements after the plantbiomass and algal oil production increase is not much, this is high concentration wastemother liquor containing high levels of GuLuo acid and oxalic inhibition cause, but wastemother liquor of sorbose can totally replace glucose as on the heterotrophy of chlorellacarbon source. In this mixed cultivating conditions equivalent to each cubic meters in themother liquor waste recycling266kg reducing sugar.Save for the cultivation of chlorellaproduction cost, realize the liquid waste of resource utilization.Selection of specially designed high-power ultrasonic instrument broken theunderlying culture conditions chlorella liquid,and design orthogonal experiment tooptimize broken conditions. The three algal best broken condition is output power of1680W, ultrasonic time15min, beaker diameter80mm, probe depth in surface height2cm,the Y1, Y2, Y3respectively broken rate were72.7%,52.0%,76.7%. Broken chlorellaliquid grease extraction conditions optimized, the optimal conditions for the3beads algaeafter broken extract oil is add10ml ether in the30ml (approximately1g algae powder) broken algae solution, shake2min, still stratification extract upper supernatant, extracted atotal of six times. After extraction, Y1, Y2, Y3oil production were8.1%,7.3%,13.2%,andthis method saves energy consumption, is an innovative, has a very high market value.
