With the rapid social and economic development, people’s living standards continue toimprove, the demand for meat, eggs, milk and other animal products is also growing,subsequently led to a sharp rise of the rapid development of the livestock and poultry breedingscale and economic benefits, but the resulting series of environmental problems have becomeincreasingly prominent. Therefore, to carry out the environmental pollution caused bylivestock and poultry breeding industry and its change in the risk assessment study hasimportant theoretical significance and practical value. In this thesis, on the basis of theinvestigation of the various regions of Shaanxi Province, the number of livestock and poultrybreeding, breeding structure by calculating the cities and manure emissions and nutrientamount per unit of arable land nitrogen and phosphorus load characteristics of changes in timeand space, provided the basic data for the development of aquaculture industry in ShaanxiProvince planning and effective management and technical measures, but also for livestockand poultry industry pollution prevention. Get the following results:(1) Amount of Shaanxi Province livestock and poultry breeding and poultry, followedby pigs and sheep; Five years from2006to2010, Shaanxi Province manure emissionsoverall reduced year by year. All kinds of livestock and poultry manure emissions differenceis obvious, especially the cow manure emissions is the largest. In years waste productionamount how many permutations, order was sheep> cattle> pig> poultry pig> rabbit; Inlivestock and poultry dung pig equivalent in comparatively large difference, unevendistribution.(2) Farmland risk warning value, according to the alarm value of animal manure inShaanxi province from the minimum value of0.36in2008to0.6in2010, the degree of riskfrom pollution threat to the environment to the slight pollution to the environment; In2010,baoji, hanzhong, ankang, livestock and poultry dung alarm value alarm value is0.71,0.96,0.9,respectively, have been in Ⅲ level, livestock and poultry waste on the environment threat;Poultry and animal feces alarm value of0.34, WeiNan in Ⅰ level, livestock and poultrydung has no effect on the environment. (3) In2006~2010, poultry and animal feces nitrogen, phosphorus load changes of arable landin shaanxi province in54.3~103.6kg/hm2, between19.3~55.1kg/hm2; In2010comparedwith2008, the cultivated land of poultry and animal feces discharge, nitrogen and phosphorusload increased by70.2%,73.1%and58%respectively; From the point of view of regionaldistribution, livestock and poultry breeding phosphorus load have a higher risk of cultivatedland is Xi ’An, BaoJi, XianYang, HanZhong, cultivated land and livestock and poultrybreeding nitrogen load tongchuan is most at risk. Determines the major control non-pointsource pollution of poultry and animal feces from shaanxi province is in Xi ’An, BaoJi,XianYang, HanZhong, TongChuan five cities, and put forward from two aspects ofmanagement and technology of livestock and poultry pollution prevention and controlmeasures of reduction, harmless and recycling.
