Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Road Freight Enterprise’s Energy Conservation And Emissions Reduction

Energy conservation and emissions reduction is an important work of transportationindustry, the road freight enterprise as one of the main energy consumption of thetransportation, has great potential in energy conservation and emissions reduction. Some roadfreight enterprises adopted a series of measures for energy conservation and emissionsreduction, and achieved some results, however, most of China has not established a completeevaluation index system and evaluation standard for evaluating energy conservation andemissions reduction of the road freight enterprise, how to evaluate the effect of the roadfreight enterprise’s energy conservation and emissions reduction, is a problem to be solved.This article first expounds the relations between road freight enterprise development andenergy conservation and emissions reduction, analyze the feasibility of road freightenterprise’s energy conservation and emission reduction and the restriction conditions of theroad freight enterprise’s energy conservation and emissions reduction, and put forward someimportant directions of the road freight enterprise’s energy conservation and emissionsreduction; Secondly, analyzed the influence of road freight enterprise energy conservation andemissions reduction by mechanism and system, transport organization and operatingconditions, energy consumption and emissions, technology application and office equipment;Then, constructing the energy conservation and emissions reduction evaluation index systemof road freight enterprises according to the principles of scientific, systematic feasibility andso on, and using AHP to determine the weights of the indexes and establishing an assessmentform for evaluating road freight enterprise energy conservation and emissions reduction,using F-AHP to comprehensive evaluate the road freight transportation enterprise’s energyconservation and emissions reduction work; Finally, taking Jin Mei logistic company forexample, to verify the suitability of the index system.Index system and evaluation method has some value for the management and roadfreight enterprise. On one hand, the management can formulate some encourage measures forroad freight enterprise to carry out the energy conservation and emissions reduction work; onthe other hand, the enterprise can realize their situation to achieve sustainable development.
