According to the forming pipe of non circular shaped section, in this paper,I putforward to combine with circular tube bending and internal high pressure forming methodto realize shaped pipe bending and forming, by using finite element simulation software tosimulate the forming process, analyzes the number of balls, the gaps between pipe andballs, the different internal pressure loading way for pipe forming, and influence on theresult, design orthogonal experiments with the orthogonal table, analyzing the results,optimize the experimental parameters.During the bending process, the number of balls and the gaps have great influence onresults. Through the finite element software Abaqus simulate and analysis the bendingprocess, and choose thickness changes obviously regional point as reference point toanalysis the forming process, found that different number of balls mainly influent the areainside of bending, to the outside area of the bending the reference is not significant, thegaps play a very important role during the forming. The thickness of the pipe is not asclearance increases, indicating exist an reasonable gap which makes the forming best.During the internal high pressure forming process, This paper adopted threerepresentative internal pressure loading ways to forming the shaped pipe, By means of thefinite element analysis software Abaqus simulate and analysis the internal high pressureforming process, found that the internal pressure loading the step way, the result best.Design orthogonal experiment with the L9(34) orthogonal table, analysis theexperimental results, found that the gaps make the most significant influence, andoptimize the experimental parameters, the two balls,0.4mm gap, according to the internalpressure loading way2loads forming fitting effect is best, and simulation of formingprocess, get pipe thickness.
