The numerical controlled thin-walled tube bending process has advantage of highefficiency、low consumption and high precision,so it is widely utilized in the fields ofaviation,aerospace and automobile industries and so on.Section distortion, scratches,defects such as rip. Especially wrinkle the serious influence rectangular tube bendingforming quality. At present factories use the main method of solving wrinkling isadding wiper to control the wrinkling in the bending die. In the roundabout processwiper die extrusion pressure is large. In the aluminum extrusion die early failurefactors, wear failure is in the first place. With the finite element analysis technology iswidely applied in the extrusion die forming simulation process. So based on therectangular pipe extrusion wiper die as the research object, by using the finite elementsoftware ABAQUS to thin rectangular tube roundabout forming process for numericalsimulation. In the simulation mould structure, extrusion process parameters on theextrusion die wear failure on the basis of influence, this paper discusses the causes offailure of extrusion wiper wear.(1) The dynamic Explicit finite element platform ABAQUS/Explicit.Set up andthe actual bend conform rectangular tube roundabout forming process of threedimensional finite element model, and the reliability of the model are verified. Themodel for the study of extrusion wiper die wear failure mechanism and processparameters on the influence law of the laid a foundation.(2) Using nonlinear finite element method in the process of roundabout wiper dieforce on finite element analysis, obtained the blank die stress, strain, contact pressuredistribution characteristics and the change rule. Simulation, without mandrel of all thefactors on the blank die stress influence. Simulation analysis of the core rod torectangular tube to the influence of the cross section, and summarize bend in blankdie, clamp block, edge, etc to pipe mould processing and the influence on the qualityof solution.(3) Establish a roundabout process thermal coupling model is given, and blankdie stress field, temperature field distribution rule. And compute, without mandrelfactors when under the influence of blank die wear quantity. The conclusions are asfollows: the without mandrel blank die when there is stress concentrationphenomenon and the stress concentration is mainly in the blank die end two hornsthickness thinner place, end intermediate position force is small. With the increase of the coefficient of friction wear depth first gradually decreases gradually increases, thefriction coefficient is0.3wear reaches a minimum. Along with the aluminumthickness increase wear depth first increases then decline. At t=3.5mm wear depthwhen maximum, steel pipe at t=1mm maximum. When a mandrel wiper die stressconcentration is still in front,produce large plastic deformation. Stress mainly stripeform existence, with the passage of time point stress fringe is more and more obvious.When the friction coefficient increases wear depth gradually increase. Pipe for thesteel tube blank die wear down and rise to severe than aluminum tube, aluminum tubeincrease relatively flat. When u=0.25wear depth reaches a minimum, then wear arising trend.
