A large number of one-dimensional nanowires array were prepared by AAO. The diameterand aspect ratio of one-dimensional wire could control by controlling the alumina template holesize and depth. We did a lot of morphological characterization and properties testing for nanowiresarray. We also do some research for the superhydrophobic properties of AAO. Main content islisted as follow:We prepare AAO by anodic oxidation and do some research for the factor which affect theformation of the porous alumina template. Aluminum vacuum annealing process will affect theordering of the nano-holes. The best voltage change with the change of the electrolyte, for example, the best voltage is25V for H2SO4and the best voltage is40V for oxalic acid. Oxidation voltage thehigher, the nano-pore size greater. The time of reaming can also affect the size of the pores. Theoxidation time longer, the nanopores deeper, the nanowires prepared by the AAO are longer. Weobtained Al2O3nanowires by AAO and do a simple analysis for the formation mechanism.A lot of Ni nanowires, iron nanowires and cobalt ferrite nanowires were fabricated byelectrochemical deposition, oxidation-reduction method and sol-gel method, do somemorphological characterization and properties testing for them. Preparing cobalt ferritenanoparticles and were compared with the nanowire. Do some research for the properties ofdifferent diameter. We obtained the aluminum oxide films with different morphology by anodic oxidation, different morphology could control by oxidize voltage. They are super-hydrophobic treated byPFOTES. The way for Al2O3super-hydrophobic film is simple and has potential applications.
