Nanostructures with unique and innovative performance, prepared by anodic oxidation ofhighly ordered porous anodic aluminum oxide template, because of its unique nano-arraystructures have been widespread concern by researchers. Therefore, the application of porousalumina template preparation nanowire has an important significance. This paper is the applicationof porous alumina template using a different method for preparing one-dimensional line, diameter,depth adjustment alumina template holes and hole spacing, to achieve the aspect ratio of thenanpwire control. And nanowire arrays prepared a lot of morphology characterization andperformance tests. The main contents are as follows:Using secondary anodic oxidation method aperture controllable porous alumina template, itsstructure and morphology by SEM observation, the factors that affect the morphology of thetemplate, order made a comparative study.Annealing treatment of plates and keep in a stable lowtemperature oxidation temperature, can improve the order of the template.By adjusting the aperturesize of alumina template oxidation voltage, electrolyte concentration and expanding time control,the length of the oxidation time can adjust the length of nanowires.The formation mechanism ofporous alumina templates were discussed.Application of alumina template was prepared through avariety of methods Ni, Fe and Pb nanowires, SEM, TEM and XRD methods were used todetermine the structure and morphology were characterized, and used by PPMS study of itsmagnetic performance.Synthesis of Ni application redox lage area and Fe nanowires synthesized nanowiresuniform size, morphology and beautiful. Application of this method is simple, affordable, and easypreparation of nanowires, can slao be prepared redox potential is less than the aluminum variety ofmetal nanowires. Its performance analysis, Ni and Fe nanowires exhibit hysteresis loopparamagnetic, while Mossbauer Fe naowires also demonstrated nanowires grain cause. Nanowiresexhibit a magnectic anisotropy, and the easy magnetization direction is the direction of nanowiregrowth. By primary batteries and electrochemical deposition of different diameters were preparedNi and Pb nanowires, nanowires with different diameters for the corresponding physicalperformance test, the results are consistent with theoretical size effect.
