Regard as the by-products of slaughtering industry. Pig blood has extremely highutilization value. It has good-heme iron agent. As well it’s rich in protein. Mainly inpresent research, the method of extracting hemoglobin is the method of solvent. Notonly increase the cost, at the same time the solvent residual problems is sharpen.Combining biological methods with membrane technology to extract hemoglobin andco-produce globin peptides is the research of this paper. The aim is to improve both usevalue and safety of blood, meanwhile to provide a reference for industrialization. Inaddition, the hemoglobin extracted connected with some peptides. So that it canimprove the absorption rate of human body.1. Ensure the best way of cell disruption, the enzyme of enzymatic hydrolysis andthe enzymatic hydrolysis conditions. Mechanical way is the suitable way for celldisruption.2. Using the best cell disruption method in the second chapter for pig bloodpretreatment. Ensure the best enzyme of enzymatic hydrolysis and the enzymatichydrolysis conditions in the heme extraction experiments. Alkaline protease is the bestchoice. And add amount of enzyme is1.5%.Based on the single factor experiment andorthogonal experiment. Obtaining the best enzymatic hydrolysis conditions are:enzymatic pH is9;enzymatic hydrolysis time is3h; enzymatic temperature is50℃;solid-liquid ratio is1:6. By means of verification tests, we can see the orthogonalexperiment results is the heme purity can reach to35.8%. At the time of extracting hemegot the pearl protein peptide which is useful. It not only provides a new direction for pigblood research and also can create more social and economic value.3.Employing microfiltration and nanofiltration for the purification of globinpeptide obtaining in the heme extraction experiments.
