With the rapid development of the industry, the traditional manual operation hasbeen replaced by mechanized machine.CNC cutting system is a mechanical andelectronic numerical control equipment.It has replaced the cumbersome manualprocess, and changed to use the digital intelligent machines for preciseoperation.However, at present most of the numerical control cutting machine still hassome problems. The waste of raw materials and energy consumption is the two aspectsthat need to improve urgently.CNC cutting machine researched in this subject uses the LPC2138chip,based onARM7,as the core.Peripheral supplemented with the motor drive circuit,human-computer interaction circuit and communication interface circuit.And theyconstitute the hardware part.In addition, it uses the software architecture based on μC/OS-II real-time operating system to implement real-time monitoring and deploymentof multitasking for four task modules. This paper makes a deep research on the graphiclayout and graphics cutting path problem, and gives the advanced optimizationalgorithms.Firstly,the paper researches on the graphic layout problem.Based on the analysis oftraditional algorithms,the maximum matching algorithm is put forward in thispaper,and combined with improved genetic algorithm.It is a good solution to thenesting of graphics.And an excellent nesting can effectively reduce the waste of rawmaterials,save the cost of production, so as to enhance the benefits of industrialproduction.Then,based on the analysis of the cutting path optimization problem,the thesis usesthe greedy algorithm to determine the starting point of each cutting graphics,andintegrated respectively with the ant colony algorithm and ant colony-geneticalgorithm,to optimize the cutting drawing path. Through this example comparison ofthese two algorithms,it can be seen that the use of optimization eventually are able toachieve a satisfactory result.And, by contrast,the ant colony-genetic algorithmoptimization results is better and more efficient to achieve the purpose of shortestcutting path.Finally,the paper described the defects in the process of optimization,and amongthem there are still many aspects need to improve,that pave the way for future work.
