Research On The Paths Of The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Of Air Pollution From Spreading

In recent years, the problem of air pollution developed from point sources into surfacesource, from the local to the overall, bringing direct economic losses of as much as6.8billionyuan. Especially in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region’s most seriously, not only caused seriouseconomic losses, but also done harm for the lives and health of residents. There are9900people every year due to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional air pollution problems of prematuredeaths,70,000people hospitalized, the cost of treating the disease is equivalent to1.2percentof Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region’s GDP. If we do not timely and effective governance airproblems, will cause more deaths, bringing greater economic losses, the impact of regionalsustainable economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and affect both theintegration process.In this paper, the status quo around the joint control of air pollution control inBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei region defense system combing, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region jointprevention and discovery process, there are still many problems in the sort of study, in itsguide based on the result of the analysis presented its optimal path. In this paper, the statusquo in the joint prevention and control of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and analysis using thefactor endowment theory, game theory and external diseconomies theory, while Westerncountries governance summarize empirical basis of joint prevention and control of airpollution, we propose to establish Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region air pollution joint preventionand control mechanism as a means of long-term strategy to enhance the rational flow of theelements in the region, the establishment of ecological compensation mechanism and airemissions trading, the main mechanism is optimized in terms of the target system, operationmechanism and safeguard mechanisms to achieve economic and environmental win, and thiswas also the subject of this thesis research and innovation.
