In order to achieve reuse of waste, this paper is intended for the product ofchemical industry Research Institute of Zhe-jiang province (Blue-Sky Research andDevelopment Center of SINOPEC),which are two main byproducts in the course ofproducing2,2-dichloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane,one is1,2,2-trichloro-1,1-difluoroethaneand the other is2,3-dichloro-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluoride-2-butene, meanwhile for therecycling of the byproducts, and on the development and utilization of its downstreamproducts. With the old methods and new ideas as guiding ideology, dechlorinationprocess and technology by zinc powder and visit the experimental parameters in theprocess of restoring, the research on technology about temperature ranges,systempressure ranges,types and usage of catalyst to dechlorinate by zinc powder. Intends todevelop a section applies to the industrialization process of such compounds route.The usage of industrial parameters and industrial production equipment in theproduction of2,2-dichloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane (R123) of blue-sky research andDevelopment Center of SINOPEC, which have a great guidance for Our laboratoryresearch. On the basis of this, Our results can be closer to or comply with therequirements and standards of industrial waste, meanwhile, the result of our researchin theory is closer to actual conditions of production of the factory. It also has a greattheoretical guidance for the real set of processing parameters in the productionprocess and related issues arising in the process of production.This research can be divided into two parts, First part is on the transformation ofbyproduct R122and R1316which are from producing R123, major work is converting R122into2-chloro-1,1-difluoroethene, and converting R1316into1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluoro-2-butyne. Part two is on the basic of success of experiment, testing fourmain factors on the transformation of byproduct R122and R1316, four main factorsare solvent, time, tempeture and the ratio of raw material, lastly the regular of thereaction will be concluded and the product of2-chloro-1,1-difluoroethene and1,1,1,4,4,4-hexa-fluoro-2-butyne will be prepared.The results of research of the change of R122and R1316show that the optimalprocess condition of the change of R122, which are DMF as a solvent, reaction temperture70℃, reaction time1.0h and the ratio of raw material of n(R122): n(Zn)=1.0:2.0. Meanwhile, the optimal process condition of the change of R1316, whichare also DMF as a solvent, reaction temperture80℃, reaction time3.0h and theratio of raw material of n(R1316): n(Zn)=1.0:2.0.
