MEMS has became the driving force for human to explore and know the micro areas since its rapid development in1980s, there has an exigent need of minimized component from the industry. Micro-blanking have many advantages including high quality profile, high accuracy, etc, its play an increasingly important role in the micro-forming manufacturing. Micro stampings which were assisted by vibration could restrain the crack initiation and growth, reducing the proportion of tear tape but improving euphotic belt, reducing the deformation resistance and friction of materials. So the study of influence rule in blanking force and quality by vibration assisted micro-blanking is very important.In this dissertation, the mold structure with perfect vibration assisted micro-blanking system was designed through rational choose of vibration source.It could make the study of change rule in blanking force and quality by vibration assisted icro-blanking become realize.The true stress-strain curves of material with different grain size were tested by uniaxial tension.The results show that with the increase of grain size, the tensile strength decreases gradually. The upsetting experiment indicated the stress intensity of vibration assisted was smaller than ordinary upsetting, led to an obvious vibration softening effect. Compared with ordinary micro-blanking, the liquid lubricant could led to greatly reduce in maximum blanking force than the effect of vibration assisted under different lubrication conditions, while the solid lubricants could make maximum blanking rising. The upsetting experiment indicated the stress intensity of vibration assisted was smaller than ordinary upsetting.Assisted by vibration, the impact of changing blanking clearance and grain size for Micro-blanking was studied. The results show that with the increase of the blanking clearance, the blanking force would decrease firstly, and then increase in a specific range, while the roughness of euphotic belt would increasing.With the increasing of grain size, the proportion of cutting force and euphotic zone would decreasing. Compared with the ordinary micro-blanking, vibration assisted blanking can make the change of blanking force smaller under different blanking clearance and grain size.The test of vibration assisted blanking for red copper foil plate show that the blanking force was smaller, the proportion of euphotic belt as well as roughness was increased comparied with ordinary micro-blanking. With the increase of vibration source’s amplitude, the roughness of euphotic belt would reducing. Considering micro blanking force and the forming quality, The best blanking vibration frequency is1000Hz, blanking speed is8mm/s, the vibration amplitude is2.67microns.
