Suzuki coupling reaction plays a very important role in natural product synthesis, drug synthesis and photovoltaic materials development areas. The traditional Suzukireactions are carried out in the organic solvent and choosing homogeneous catalystsuch as PdC12、Pd(OAc)2、Pd(PPh3)2Cl2, although it can be able to obtain a high yieldand the catalyst having high activity and selectivity, but catalyst stability is poor athigh temperature, the reaction products were difficult in separating and catalystrecycling rate is not high, these factors not only have a serious impact on its practicalvalue, but also have a great harm to the environment. In this thesis, two major problems will be resolved in the traditional solventSuzuki coupling reaction at presence: The noble metal catalyst can not be reused andusing a large amount of an organic solvent and environmental contamination as vectorfeather keratin research objectives, a uniform dispersion was prepared under mildconditions, the smaller size of the palladium metal nanoparticles in the aqueous phasecan be efficient catalytic bromo-aromatics and benzene boronic acid Suzuki couplingreaction under mild reaction conditions. Catalysts have good catalytic activity andcompatibility, the product has a good yield and purity of the treatment after thereaction, the catalyst can be used repeatedly. The reaction no longer generateshazardous waste on the environment and human body, thereby achieving the green ofthe reaction process. This thesis reviewed the latest research progress of the supported palladiumcatalyst, research status of the Suzuki coupling reaction in organic synthesis. On thisbasis, the thesis is divided into the following sections:1) Preparing a uniformly dispersed and the smaller size of metallic palladiumnanoparticles catalyst (Feather Keratin-Pd nanoparticles) with feather keratin undermild conditions and characterization of it.2) Catalyzing bromo-aromatics and benzene boronic acid Suzuki couplingreaction in the aqueous phase, and the reaction conditions were optimized to explorethe catalytic activity and the compatibility of the substrate, and researching the cycle of expansion of the substrate and the catalyst activity.3) Investigating the effect of the solvent, the competitive reaction in Suzukireaction and the hydrophobic effect of the same reaction system, and discussingfeather keratin-Pd nanoparticles formed in the Suzuki reaction.
