| This thesis has three parts.The first part mainly discusses the historical origin of2-furancarboxylic acids,andthe method of synthesis of2-furancarboxylic acids was enumerated and summarized,this paper describes the application of2-furancarboxylic acids in agriculture, spicesand materials.5-aryl-2-furancarboxylic acids is a kind of derivatives of the2-furancarboxylic acids, we emphatically introduce research progress about the5-aryl-2-furancarboxylic acids and their derivatives, and they are widely used in suchaspects as regulating the growth of plants, antibacterial and pharmaceutical.The second part introduces biological activity and preparation methods of the thetarget compounds of5-aryl-2-furancarboxylic acids, they were characterized by theIR spectra. And we focused on5-aryl-2-furancarboxylic acids synthesis reaction. Theexperiments of reaction conditions were carried. And the optimum synthesizingconditions were obtained. And disposal methods were improved, yield was increased.The third part introduces biological activity of the the target compounds of5-aryl-2-furancarboxylic acids and their derivatives. they are widely used in medicineand pesticide. From a series of the bioactivity of experiments, they showed goodproperty of gemmation. By contrast,we found that5-aryl-2-furancarboxylic acidswere better than aryloxyacetic acid in biological activity. |
