Tailings dam is composed of tailings accumulation, It stocks mainly used in metal andnonmetal mines to choose the ore tailings or other industrial waste residue. Ore dressing wastewaterdischarge to the tailings dam,so the water level continued to rise, the dam seepage water bring aseries of environmental problems. Some ion content exceeds bid,such as SS、F-、SO42-、Cl-andNH4+-N. With many years of circulation and enrichment, increasingly serious pollution of theenvironment. To take effective approach to management has also caused wide public concern.This article chooses homemade mesoporous γ-Al2O3as adsorbent, adsorption material fortailings dam seepage of SO42-and F-the dynamic adsorption of basic research. In smallexperimental stage, eperimental analysis from three aspects: mesoporous γ-Al2O3hape effect on theperformance of adsorption; Dynamic experiment of factors on the adsorption effect;pretreatment ofexperiment. The result show that: mesoporous γ-Al2O3have an effect on adsorptionperformance,partilcles and mesoporous γ-Al2O3consisted of SO42-and F-had better adsorptionperformance on SO42-and F-, the optimal operating conditions shall be: at the speed of0.06m/s;pH6and quality of mesoporous γ-Al2O3is250g. After pretreatment(sand filter, bentonite,electromagnetic flocculation and microcrystalline glass synergy) process adsorption effect increasedsignificantly.Through penetration experimentnal study, two forms of the same quality250g mesoporous γ-Al2O3can deal with wastewater38L and50L respectively.According to the test experiment of the parameters design and development the pilotexperiment system. Simulation of tailing dam seepage water treatment system for experiments.Wastewater through sand filter, bentonite and electromagnetic flocculation with microcrystallineglass synergy, wasteweater has carried out decoloring treatment,removal of suspended solids. Thenby parallel system which composes of zeolite and mesoporous γ-Al2O3, to adsorpt ammonianitrogen,SO42-,F-in water. Finally enter the chlorine ion permeation membrane system to reduce thecontent of Cl-. After processing system make the water up to standard-------The urban sewagerecycling industrial water water quality standards. Regeneration of saturated adsorption mesoporous γ-Al2O3, use distilled water and sodiumhydroxide solution as renewable liquid. The result show that saturated adsorption mesoporous γ-Al2O3can be regenerated by0.10mol/L sodium hydroxide solution in9minutes. In addition,saturated adsorption mesoporous γ-Al2O3used for the prepation of slag glass-ceramic, utilizationrate reached28%, the slag glass-ceramics system has superior comprehensive performance.
