Sustained and rapid development of China’s national economy and the sharp increase indemand for mineral resources, a variety of disasters, accidents are as rise. Because of its safetyincidents have occurred many factors, poor predictability, serious consequences, etc., caused bythe injury and the corresponding economic loss even greater. Mined areas are caused by humanor natural geological movement digging beneath the surface the resulting "hole", gob makes theexistence of the mine production safety security issues facing great, personnel and machineryand equipment are likely to fall into the interior by Gob injury. Thus, in the current situation,how to deal with this problem gob underground metal mines has become a bottleneck ofsustainable development, while the pillar recovery gob order of stability is extremely important.In this paper,#2Dongshengmiao lead-zinc ore body pillar recovery and treatment projectsgob as the cornerstone of the research aim is to gob in Dongshengmiao pillar recoveryprocessing research in order to find the relative safety of the recovery program, and through themine field and laboratory tests carried out research, using FLAC3D4.0new version of thenumerical simulation software for handling empty area surrounding rock stability simulationanalysis, in order to effectively control ground pressure, prevention of sudden goaf roof rockcaving mining caused significant security incidents. The content of this research embodied inthe following three aspects:(1) Combining numerical modeling with mechanics analysis two methods, its purpose tosolve:①during the formation of mined-out area, the problem of stability of surrounding rock inupper plate and roof;②The impact of mining activities on the surface;③Damage on thehanging wall may form on the hanging wall of possible failure modes and so on.(2) Through the simulation and analysis, we mainly study on middle#9tiberium spikerecovery process of above the middle of900m, in#9tiberium spikes recovery process, themajor damage forms of the surrounding rocks of the goafs’ upper plate is shear stress more thanyield limit caused by the strength of the plastic damage, the plastic damage area mainlydistributed in the surrounding areas of the plate under angle, footwall upper corner ofsurrounding rock and#32in the tiberium spike position within the area of the strata. (3) We put forward the feasible technology plan towards tiberium spike recovery of850m,the program which is from one end to the other end of the sequential recovery, from both endsto the central advancing mining interval jump mining, and from the center to both ends of theadvancing mining technology. By comparative analysis, we initially set the program to promoterecovery from the center to both ends.The study on the goaf processing aims to ensure safety in mines and mining steadyproduction, under the premise of make goafs reserved for all spike recovery, on the onehand, it can improve ore recovery and economic benefit of mine, on the other hand, it canensure mine safety, sustainable and stable development.
