Water is the material to the survival of humans.With the development of industry, waterpollution is more and more serious, and components in water are more complex, So there is aneed to study its treatment methods through experiments. Due to the great harmfulness anddifficult to degradation of nitrobenzene, So the control of nitrobenzene pollution is moreand more important,and receive the widespread attention both at home and abroad。Nowthere are many processing of nitrobenzene methods, such as physical methods, chemicalmethod and biological method. Physical and chemical methods has many problems such asoperation and energy consumption. Compared with this, biodegradation method has a lowercost. But the poor biochemical availability of Nitrobenzene compounds and toxic effects ofmicroorganisms, lead to a certain difficulty which degrades the nitrobenzene relies onbiological degradation simply.This article put forward a process combined Chemical treatment with biodegradation,which add the iron powder and zinc powder into pollutants respectively, on the base of addinganaerobic bacteria which can degrade nitrobenzene into it, then determine the nitrobenzene’sdegradation effects under these conditions, and on the base of experiment results, we canstudy the top nitrobenzene degradation bacteria’s degradation process after adding metal andprovide references of degrading nitrobenzene compounds.This article Respectively, this paper studied the action of features under the followingconditions, separate iron powder, zinc powder, advantage of nitrobenzene degradationbacteria in the degradation added with iron powder and zinc powder, and gets the followingconclusion:1.Iron powder, degradation of nitrobenzene alone: in the initial concentration ofnitrobenzene was0.5mg/L, iron powder concentration of20mg/L, the pH value of7, thetemperature is15℃condition, the reaction time of120h, nitrobenzene degradation rate was21.5%.2.Zinc powder, degradation of nitrobenzene alone: in the initial concentration ofnitrobenzene was0.5mg/L, zinc dust concentration of20mg/L, the pH value of7, thetemperature is15℃condition, the reaction time of120h, nitrobenzene degradation rate was29.83%.3.Advantages of nitrobenzene degradation in iron powder degrade nitrobenzene: ironpowder concentration of20mg/L, nitrobenzene concentration is0.5mg/L, advantages ofnitrobenzene degradation bacteria turnover is200ml, pH value of5, the temperature is15℃ condition, the reaction time of72h, nitrobenzene degradation rate was98.36%.4.Advantage of nitrobenzene degradation in zinc powder degrade nitrobenzene: zinc dustconcentration of20mg/L, nitrobenzene concentration is0.5mg/L, advantages of nitrobenzenedegradation bacteria turnover is200ml, pH value of5, the temperature is15℃condition, thereaction time of72h, nitrobenzene degradation rate was99.96%.From the above result we can conclude that top nitrobenzene degradation bacteria’sdegradation effect is best under the condition which adding zinc powder.
